While we seek to reduce the distance between you and your food, there is much work and many steps in the process – planning, preparing, planting, tending, harvesting, packing, inventorying, order-filling, delivery, etc. 

We will replace the middle man with the cooperative model of business rooted in community.   The cooperative model facilitates producers & consumers cooperating more directly.  Less steps & less distance will tend to result in less costs and less environmental impact!
